About Bay Property Services

For more than 20 years, Bay Property Services has managed community associations across Chicago's west and southwest suburbs. We're locally owned, we operate two offices — in Mokena and Tinley Park — and we're focused on one thing: managing HOAs, condominiums, and townhome associations well.

Our team holds the industry's core credentials, including the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations — recognition that our managers are trained specifically in the governance, finance, and fiduciary responsibilities that community association management demands.​
